I Guess You Can Call These...

Worldwide

I was standing in front of the large stage staring up at my future husband James Maslow.
He took the mic and started to sing my favorite song ever, worldwide.
I moved my hands in the air side to side.
I mouthed the words silently and imaged James singing to me.
He walked across the stage and made eye contact with me.
He winked and smiled at me.
I grinned and blushed back.
He moved to join the rest of the group in the middle of the stage.
My eyes didn’t leave James.
His eyes found me every now and then.
When they finished the song James pointed to me.
I grinned at him and he grinned back.
“We love you!” Carlos said as the crowd of girls screamed.
The boys took their bows and quickly jogged off the stage.
As I waited for the crowd of girls to leave I stood there smiling.
James Maslow smiled at me.
“Ready to go?” my friend, Jill, asked me.
“Not yet,” I said.
She rolled her eyes. “Fine, I’ll be in the car,”
I nodded my head.
I was the only one there I was about to leave when James took the stage.
“Hey,” I stuttered.
He looked shocked to see me. “Hey,” he said walking over to me.
“You were…um…great,” I said.
I mentally hit myself. ‘You were great’? Really?
“Thanks, I saw you in the crowd. You look beautiful,”
I blushed. “You don’t look bad yourself,”
Ugh! Maybe I shouldn’t talk anymore.
He chuckled. “What’s you’re name beautiful?”
“Hannah,”
“Nice to meet you,” he said extending his hand.
I took his soft warm hand and shook it.
After a while we stood there holding hands as we stared into each others eyes.
My phone buzzed, ruining the moment.
I took it out of my pocket. “Hello?”
“Hannah where are you? You’re dad is going to flip if you’re not home soon,”
“Shit, thanks, I’ll be there soon,”
“Hey, I’m really sorry but I got to go,”
“Wait,” he said taking out his phone.
He gave it to me and I gave him mine and we exchanged numbers and went our separate ways.
Jill raced me home so my drunken father wouldn’t beat me.
I got out lucky since he was passed out on the bed.
****
Months have passed since I’ve seen James.
Big Time Rush is still touring so he won’t be able to visit me.
However, James does call and text me everyday.
He calls me in the morning to wake me up and calls me again at night to tuck me in on the phone and wish me goodnight.
James gave me a permeate smile on my face.
The tour was finally over and I was able to see him.
Finally!
I took my time getting dressed.
I had to look good.
He called me and told me his was out side.
I tuck out the window and ran over to his car.
“Hi,” I grinned.
“Hey beautiful,” he said opening the car door.
James and I had an amazing night together.
He even sang worldwide to me before he left.
I climbed back into my window and there was my father.
Needless to say I was black and blue for a while.
I finally told James about my father and he was more than upset.
He promised me that he will take me away from my father once I was eighteen.
Only two more months.
I came home after school and my father beat me once again.
He was pissed because the Eagles lost.
I called James so he could cheer me up but he didn’t pick up.
I forgot he had a concert today.
I left a message and hoped he got it.
My phone buzzed minutes later and I answered it.
“Hello?”
“I’m outside. Hurry,”
“What?” I asked walking over to my window.
“He wont hurt you again, Hannah. I love you too much to see you hurt,”
I grinned. “I love you too. I’m coming,”
I threw all that I needed into my book bag and climbed out the window.
I could hear my father coming up the stairs as I made my way down.
I quickly jumped from where I was and ran to James’s car.
“Hannah!” my dad yelled after me as I got into James car.
James speed down the street and didn’t stop speeding until we were on the highway.
“Thank you!” I said.
“Anything for you, my love,” he said.
He gave me a quick kiss then looked at the road.
