Fireproof

I woke up the next morning slowly, and found my head laying on Nikki’s bare chest. The tv was on a college football game or it was until there was a channel change. That was my cue that Nikki was awake and I lifted my head up a little bit to give him a good morning smile. Seeing his smiling face brought on flashback of last night which had turned out to be absolutely amazing. I wasn’t the most saintly of girls when it came to being with guys and being in bed, I wasn’t afraid to try anything. But nothing had compared to what went down last night.

“Good morning beautiful.” He smiled.

“Good morning, sexy.”

“So, how are you after last night?”

“Let’s just say that I could definitely go for a replay.”

He smirked. “Ask and you shall receive, love. There’s plenty more where that came from.”

“I don’t doubt that. You’re like a damn human version of the energizer bunny.”

“Looks like someone else had a good time last night too.”

He held his phone out for me to see and showed me pictures that Vince had sent him of him and the baby. One picture was Vince laid back on the couch with Blaze fast asleep on his chest and the message read ‘we were going to pull an all nighter but someone passed out’. The next one Vince had taken of him holding a smiling Blaze that read ‘someone’s happy this morning’. I couldn’t help but smile at how sweet my little Blaze was and the look of pure joy on Vince’s face.

“That’s sweet. I should probably go get him.”

“What’s your opinion of a picnic in the park day?”

“That sounds absolutely fantastic. Mind if I get a shower before we get going?”

“Only if I can join you.” He smiled.

“Definitely. I really want to see your hair when it’s not all Nikki Sixx.”

He laughed. “Trust me, you’ll like the Nikki Sixx hair better.”

“I’ll be the judge of that. I don’t need your opinion.”

He held his hands up as if to say ‘okay, my bad’ and he crawled out of bed headed to the bathroom. He was still very naked and I wasn’t sure this was going to be just a shower. There was something about Nikki that I was feeling that I had honestly never felt before with any guy that I had ever been with. It wasn’t just because this was a new thing, there was definitely something undeniable there between us.

“Nice butt.” I called.

He paused just long enough to turn his head and give me that gorgeous smirk of his before he disappeared into the huge bathroom. I decided I should probably follow and pushed my still somewhat tired achy body out of the bed.

He had the water going by the time I made it to the bathroom and I walked up behind him and wrapped my arms around his muscular frame. He turned around so that he was facing me and kissed me, every inch of his body pressed up against mine. He gently picked me up and I wrapped my legs around his waist thinking he was going to step into the shower and the put me down. He stepped into the shower but didn’t put me down. Instead he rested me against the shower wall, a moderate spray of warm water washing over us from the running shower. His hair was starting to get wet and lay flat against his head making him look like an innocent punk rock wannbe teenager instead of the world famous rockstar that he was. I couldn’t help but smile at how damn cute he was. Out of the shower he was nothing short of sexy but right now he had a playful cuteness about him as well.

“Well?” He asked. “Is it how you pictured it?”

“Even better.”

He smiled, leaning in to kiss me again. I swear I was falling even more for him with each kiss. I felt his thumb brush over a certain spot on my side and I followed his gaze down to the small scar that was on my side from where the chest tube had been after the wreck. I looked back up at him and an almost sadness had washed over his face. I tilted his face back to look at me and not at my side. The past left harsh reminders but it was still in the past and we didn’t need to focus on that.

“That scar is the reason my heart is still beating.” He said.

“And your heart still beating is the reason that even though my life got ripped out from up under me a few days ago, my world is absolutely perfect right now. Don’t think about that.”

His lips found mine again and I felt a certain body part of his brush against my ass. I reached between my legs and wrapped my hand firmly around his hard member making him his and bury his head in the crook of my neck. I stroked him softly a few times before positioning him right where he needed to be, not that he needed my help or direction. It was my turn to hiss as he pressed himself inside of me, burying himself completely. He had hit that spot head on (no pun intended) and it was almost enough to send me over the edge right then. He readjusted me against the shower wall and started thrusting in and out, sending me into a whole other world that I had only just discovered last night. I was very fond of this newly discovered world.

I kept my forehead pressed against Nikki’s as he repeatedly hit that spot that he had found quickly last night. I was holding on to him like nothing else, my fingers dug into the back of his shoulders although I was careful to not dig them in too much. I wasn’t all about leaving scratches on him. I watched his facial expressions as he got closer to the end and his expressions mixed with the whole him being wet thing and what I was feeling was enough to send me over the edge. He came almost immediately after me as my muscles tightened around him. He stood still for a minute as he came back down to earth, both of our bodies shaking. When he was sure that he could move again he put me down slowly and pulled me to him.

“You’re an amazing girl, Parker, and I want you forever.” He said.

I took that to be a substitute for ‘I love you’ since we were less than a week old but I could definitely agree that I wanted the same.

“I want you too, Nik.”

We finished up the shower and got dressed to go get Blaze from Vince. Nikki had returned to the sexy Nikki now that his hair was back in typical style and he was going casual today in some cargo shorts, a t-shirt, and his converse. I had settled for casual as well with some workout shorts and a t-shirt. I was ready to see my little Blaze man. I missed him like crazy when I wasn’t around him.

We made a quick trip by the store and to get food for the picnic and then went to pick up Blaze. When we walked I swear Blaze was smiling so big that if he could laugh at just a month old he would have been rolling. I got him from Vince and held him tightly on my shoulder.

“Hey buddy. I missed you.”

He just looked at me wide eyed.

We said goodbye to Vince and headed to the park. The weather was absolutely perfect and I was definitely looking forward to some simple down time with my two guys for the afternoon. We found a nice quiet spot under a tree and spread out our blanket. I sat down with Blaze as Nikki got the food set out.

“Here, I’ll feed him and you can eat. It’s my turn anyway.” He said taking Blaze from me.

“How about you feed him and I still wait on you to eat?”

“Okay. Hey buddy. Look how cute you are. Uncle Nikki is going to buy you your first bass pretty soon. And then I’ll teach you how to play it.”

I smiled as I watched him talk to Blaze until he fell asleep. It made me kind of sad knowing that I would never have a kid of my own and should Nikki and I ever get married and I moved away from Criss, I more than likely wouldn’t see Blaze as much anymore. But I didn’t want to think about that. I wanted to enjoy every second of whatever time I was given with either of them and that’s what I was going to do.
