Miranda works for the Avenged Sevenfold gang, she does their dirty work, she moves around town for them, she pleases them when needed.
She likes to call herself a roadie or tech chick, but she knows in reality she's so much more than that.
When it comes to being friendly towards the guys, the only person she's usually friendly to is The Rev, whilst she maintains a stable and nice relationship with all of the other guys she just loathes Synyster Gates.
She'll only go to him when necessary and for him it's the same, of course this happens quite often.

Casey is an entire different situation, she arrives at their lives and sort of turns everything upside down.
Miranda can't help but to be left out once she is pushed away by all the guys, except of course Synyster.
