It Was ME, Myself and I, 'till then He Came

Worst Liar

Angela's POV

What a stressful day.

First I had to deal with Erika getting drunk and dragging her to our suite.

Now, the pissed and crying Lyn.

What's next?

"Heyyyy." Kendra said as she came in the room.

Obviously drunk.

"Great, now 2 people are drunk." I rolled my eyes.

Kendra just laughed and flopped down on her bed.

I was then greeted with my phone ringing.

It was Jasper!

I quickly answered his call.

“Hey.” I smiled.

“Hey,” He sleepily said.

“Are you sleeping?” I asked.

“I just woke up. So, you guys having fun at the ski resort?” He asked.

“Well…” I thought of it for awhile. “Yeah.” I lied.

Who was I kidding?

“Right.” He laughed. “No offense, but you’re not really good with lying.”

Well, I tried.

“It’s just that, man. People have fucked up relationships and I’m stuck with 2 drunk bimbos here!” I said in annoyance.

“Ouch. Don’t worry. At least you guys can drink there. I’m like, being watched with every single thing I do.” He sighed heavily.

I just laughed.

“At least you’re in Canada.” I chuckled.

“Whatever.” He laughed. “Anyway, you guys skied already?”

“Nah, not yet. Though I think we will tomorrow. People are just really smashed today. And we just arrived.” I said.

“Don’t be to hard on them, lighten up a bit.” He giggled.

What the heck does he think of me?

“Lighten up a bit?” I asked with some edge in my voice.

“Seriously, you should have fun. You’ve been stressing for like, forever.” He said.

I just paused.

“Alright, I’ll have fun. I’ll do my best, Evans.” I said.

“Good girl. Sorry, Hatchewood. My dad’s asking me to fish with him. Call you when I can.” Jasper said.

He then hung up.

Lighten up a bit.

It would be impossible to do that in this state.

Maybe, skiing would ease my head a bit.
