Kathleen is pissed. Pissed that her best friend and long time crush, Joe Jonas, doesn't have the time to call her back in between his busy schedule. It's the day before her seventeen birthday and she has yet to receive a call from Joe to either confirm or deny the invatition she has extended to him and his brothers.
Will Joe show up? Or is this just another broken promise?
