The Beach House

I huffed holding on tight to the elastic band, taking out the garbage sucks. I sighed setting the heavy bag down and opening the lid sliding the smelly bag in,

“Jamie?” An unsure voice asked. I looked up from the tin can and smiled, “Cody? Oh my gosh Cody!” I smiled running over to the tall boy and engulfing him into a tight hug, Cody was our neighbor of many years, he was nineteen and completely gorgeous with tan skin and dirty blonde hair,

“Wow you look great!” I smiled letting go, he nodded “I could say the same” I felt his eyes wander along my body as my cheeks began to heat up, “it’s great to see you again man it’s been so long!” he grinned.

“I know, what like two years?” he nodded and looked at our house, “So I take it your not alone?” I looked at him puzzled for a moment as my eyes began to follow his gaze, Joe.

Stupid rock star Jonas was standing outside the screen door watching our actions closely, and not shying away at all. I nodded and ignored the menacing stare I was receiving,

“Yea, my dad’s best friend came down..along with his family.” I explained. Cody nodded knowingly, “Well I’ve got to go I was suppose to stop by Rick’s but, I was wondering if you wanted to go out to tonight?”

I smiled up at his tall frame, “like a date?” I said rocking back on the balls of my shoes, “Yea, like a date” Cody mimicked. I glared but couldn’t hide my smile, “Sure.” I replied simply turning around, “I’ll pick you up at seven?” Cody called after me,

I turned around at my spot on the porch and nodded. “Who was that?” Joe glared from beside me, “Cody.” I smiled and entered the house, three hours left.

“I’ll save you diner dear!” Denise called from the kitchen; I smiled and thanked her as I ran out to the honking truck, “Gesh I’m coming!” I laughed hopping into the old beat up truck,

“Not fast enough, I want to spend every second with you” Cody grinned from behind the wheel, I ignored the heat that surged through my body,

“And Mr. Jon where are you taking me this fine evening?” I asked looking out the window, “It’s a surprise” He grinned wiggling his eyebrows and speeding through the yellow light,

“Wow you weren’t kidding” I whispered slowly getting out of the truck, I felt a heavy hand wrap around mine as I was guided to a small blanket set up with food and pillows.

The small evening picnic was set up right over a big hill that overlooked the beautiful blue water, the sky was beginning to darken and the sun was beginning to drop.

“Isn’t this a little much?” I asked unsurely, he sure went out of his way to do something for a fist date, he shrugged and took a seat,

“I like things to be special, especially a first outing, it shows what could come after,” I raised my eyebrow biting into a strawberry, “what do you mean by what could come after?” I asked.

“Well what could come on a second date, that is if you wanted one,” a huge smile spread across my lips as I looked into his beautiful green eyes, “I’d love a second date” He grinned happily,

We ate in silence as I preoccupied myself with the sunset, “Do you know what time it is Cody?” He pulled out his phone, “it’s almost nine-thirty” he replied; I nodded and thanked him knowingly fully well I should get home by ten.

“This was truly fun Cody that you!” I smiled, he looked me right in the eye, almost staring through me, “I had fun to, and you know you really are beautiful.” I blushed and looked away,

“Well I’m down.” I said setting my water down, he nodded and stood up, he threw away the food I folded up the blanket, “Great team work” he chuckled draping an arm around my shoulders,

We walked back to his old truck and before I could even grasp the door handle I was being lifted onto the hood of the car, “Cody!” I laughed, “You want to watch the rest of the sunset?” he asked politely.

I nodded and let his tall figure slide between my legs and lean against the car, the last few minutes of the sun set passed and I was ready to hop off, “Cody move!” I giggled pushing his body forward,

Before I slipped off the car I felt Cody’s rough lips against mine, they where chapped and harsh against mine, I obliged, almost as a ‘thank you’ and pulled away,

“Um,” I stuttered trying to find the right choice of words, I felt Cody grin and push himself up on the car as his lips crashed into mine again, this time his hands found my waist as he held on tight,

Once was more then enough as I tried to push him away, “Cody” I struggled to get a breath in, he didn’t respond. He simply pushed his lips into mine once more holding onto my waist and hips tighter,

“Cody, Cody stop!” I struggled against his strong body as he began to roughly suck on my neck, “Cody, please let go” I said forcefully once more,

This time I felt one of his free hands slide up my white flow-ey skirt tracing circles across the bare skin. Shaking I began to struggle against him, “Cody! Cody STOP!” I bellowed against him as I used all the strength I had to push him off,

I took the chance and hopped off the car, “Take me home” I whispered holding back tears, “Oh come on Jamie, you can’t tell me you didn’t enjoy that?” he grinned.

I shook my head, “Please just take me home now” I said sternly looking at my feet, he shook his head and laughed, “sorry sweetheart this isn’t a free service” he mocked walking forward,

“Fine, I’ll walk then.” I said stiffly turning around, I could hear Cody’s screams but ignored them, halfway home I felt tears spill down my cheeks, I’m such an idiot.

The walk home was long and the sky became darker, once I finally reached the all too familiar white house I knew it had to be eleven. I opened the front door to find all the lights off; I slipped off my shoes and quietly walked straight through the house and out the backdoor,

My bare feet went numb by the instant contact of the cold water against my skin. Tears slipped down my cheeks, not bothering to wipe them away I heard a voice behind me,

“How was your date?” It was cold and all too recognizable, I turned around to face Joe Jonas, and his face once cocky and cold suddenly became concerned and serious.

“Not right now Joseph,” I mumbled. I felt strong arms wrap themselves around my tiny body, “What happened Jamie?” I heard his sweet voice whisper into my ear, I shook my head soon sobs escaping me,

“He-He forced himself up on me” I hiccupped, I could feel Joe tense, “I’m going to find that-“ But I cut him off, “Wait Joe!” he turned around his angry expression softening.

“Joe, please just hold me?” I whimpered, and in almost an instant I was in his secure arms rocking back and forth with him, “he wont ever hurt you again, I wont let him.” Joe whispered back.
