I blinked. Jerry had a younger sister? I always wondered why Andrew disappeared after his death; Rachel killed him. I took a quick look at her, she didn’t look sad, as if she didn’t mean to kill her brother.
I looked back at Hex, who had a look of thought on his face, and Nick, who looked like he wanted to strangle the guy, right there, right now. The guy, whoever he was, looked at each one of us, as if he was studying our backgrounds, our future lives, everything.
Then, he smirked, smiled mysteriously at each one of us and snapped his fingers. As he did that, the room morphed and a wall came up in front of Rachel and me.
“What the hell?” Rachel asked, sort of kicking the wall. I leaned on it and gasped at who was watching us. Andrew was; along with the two metal machines from earlier.
“Um, Rach, we have a problem,” she spun on her heel and cussed a slight bit under her breath.
