    All of the tips I gave ate helpful tips for a healthy lifestyle. I didn't say people should be uncomfortable with their bodies. They are tips everyone should use to be healthier and take care of their bodies properly. There's a difference between promoting a healthy lifestyle and promotin bad body images.

    does it really matter if a person gains weight when they go to college/university? perhaps encouragement for young women to be more content with their own bodies would be more useful?

    I can't get freshman fifteen. I already learned from freshman year in high school. ::faceplam:. Good article though. It has some really good tips.
