Yup. Any brand of mayo would work and if you're going foro something like KFC' s coleslaw, you should add about a tablespoon more mayo and maybe just 1 tablespoon of vinegar, since there's is a little thicker.

I've always wondered how coleslaw is made. I've always craved for it ever since I first tried it in KFC.

Can the mayo be of any brand or do we need something specific?
