For a biography, your balance between informative description and reader-hook (if you can call it that) is really great. It's not dry at all but rather concise, broken up well into sections, and covers all the bases. As Emmelz Liebe mentioned, you do have a couple of typo errors but I don't feel like they hindered your content at all.

There were some really neat facts in there too. My mum's quite a big Genesis fan but I had no idea they'd inspired Marilyn Manson, but it totally makes sense.

I feel like I've definitely learned a few things by reading this, which is always a good thing. It's easy to see that you have a reasonable passion for the band and that always translates to the reader's enjoyment too. The organisation is really great and I certainly wasn't bored! It's a really entertaining and informative article, which is, from what I've seen, on the rarer side as far as biographies are concerned. Such a great article! :D

This was very well written, with the exception of a few occasionally minor typos, and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. I really loved how you went into depth about the band's history, though didn't go too far into it to overwhelm the reader. There was just enough information to give the reader the gist of it. (:
I thought it was great that you showed how Genesis impacted more recent musicians in the end, it really makes you appreciate the band and the contributions they've made in society concerning the music industry. (:
Even though I may not have been well read on Genesis, I feel like now I can know where they come from as a band and appreciate the obstacles they overcame.
All in all, great, great job on this article! :D

Ahaha, thank you. If I did allow my opinions and personal judgement of the band interfere, I would've been frustrated with the article. I'm planning on writing more biographies on each individual member of the band, including the lesser known members mentioned in the article.

Really? That's awesome! I hope they have a variety of their music from all the eras because a lot of people tend to forget the early works while focusing on the times that Phil was the lead singer. Cry Which is disappointing really.

I got into Genesis through a friend on here who told me about Phil Collins' musical beginnings. <3

So cleanly written. I love how you stated the facts and didn't squeeze in your own opinion. I appreciate an article that is purely objective/purely subjective. Even your conclusion didn't allow personal feelings to interefere. Well doooone.

Oh! And Genesis In Love. My parents have all their greatest hits albums. Love them. We always listened to them on car trips Cute
