I loved the books, been reading them since the 4th Grade. But I don't think the second movie was done as well as it could have been. The first one, yeah, it was brilliant, but Prince Caspian...not so much. Hopefully they can do a better job without Disney...

I love the narnia books, and so far they've done a brilliant job of producing the films. I hope it doesn't change to much with a change of director and film company.

I love Chronicles! When I first heard/read about this I thought I was going to have to kick some butt, but it's all good. As long as I get to see Skandar, I'm fine...

I almost had a heart attack. I thought the movie wasn't being produced period. But then I read the article & felt relieved it was just the Disney people being the narrowminded HSM/Camp Rock-centered bitches they are. Narnia = love. Moreso than any other Disney Channel "original" movie ever was.

They're probably just abandoning it since there's no Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens to give each other puppy eyes, or the Jonas Brothers/Miley Cyrus to "rock out like lawwwlzzzz saww hardcawrrr".

Of course, if it's not crappy romance with crappy actors, then Disney should totally refuse it. *sarcasm dripping*

Where are you, Walt Disney, and who the hell did you hire before your death?!

Disney has turned into a pile of doggie doo.

I could understand budgets getting in the way, but some support would be appreciated. Narnia is a completely Disney theme, which is strange to me as to why they wouldn't want to be a part of it anymore.

When I read the title, I thought they weren't making the movie AT ALL anymore, and I thought it was totally ironic because for the past month I've become more obsessed with the movies then I ever had before {{which is saying something, cos it was bad}} So I was parading around my house like THIRD CHRONICLES MOVIE :D :D

But whatevs. Disney, shame shame. But at least the movie is still being made ^.^

Gah, I was like NOO when I read the title, cause I thought it meant there were no new movie ever. 2010 is a long time to wait, though.

Maybe I'll a write a book...then it will be made into a movie!
It will be better than The Chronicles of Narnia. It will be victorious!

They weren't quite clear when saying whether the movie was going to be made or not... as far as I know they're still making it. Disney's just not going to be part of it.
