That example was amazing.
My sister and I were talking the other day, and imagined how sometime in the future, maybe we'd have chips in our heads, or whatever, and could just read everyone's mind. There would never be speech again.
That's weird. We were talking in class just today about archiving cultures and how the idea of 'the individual' has changed as technology has developed.
There is a problem of giving out too much information, but if you're aware of who could see it (eg. if your parents have Facebook), you're more likely to monitor your habits and make sure anything you don't want others to see won't make its way online. Sometimes it's out of your hands though.
The example you gave was interesting. I'd heard of sites for personal webcams, but nothing to that extent. But if you're going to use media like that you have to expect that it'd have its drawbacks. Like with the iphone being trackable.
Wow... This was really good!
I often find myself wondering what the world will be like in the future because of the internet.
It makes me kinda sad that we rely so much on machines though, I mean, what if they all suddenly stopped working there would be utter chaos!
But I digress, this was a great article, it was extremely well written. Great job!
hmmmm
