Thank god someone's finally done this. There are so many people on here that want to know comic books (perhaps a blast from the past and an effect of MCR syndrome :), or what have you). Very awesome, and very, very well researched.

Nice article. It serves as an excellent introduction, but also, on its own, could serve as one of the clearest and most concise analysis and histories (of the condensed, "in short" type anyway) of the comic book industry that I've stumbled upon yet, certainly on the internet. Well done. :)
