I'm left handed and I don't feel different from other people. I don't think that being left-handed or being right-handed means you're smarter or not. I'm left-handed and I can have good grades. My friends are right-handed and they have good grades. If people don't study, they will not have good grades. I think this is a way to bring some more ways of discrimination. As if there weren't enough in the world already.

    Being left-handed doesn't mean you're smarter. I'm left-handed. My sister's right-handed. She's smarter than I am. So, I really don't think that comes into play.

I do know, however, that left-handed people tend to be more creative thinkers. I dunno how true it is, but I do know that I'm an art/theatre/music geek.

    I've never been discriminated against.
The most I ever get is a "Hey, I didn't know you were left handed!"
    Nothing bad....................

what is this article trying to say? i am left handed. ya some ppl make rude comments in general about left handed ppl but we left handers shouldnt care. XD were unique different ( sounds cheesy) and i like being left handed!!! look it up a lot of famous people are left handed, everyone doesnt realize how many left handed ppl there are out there. and i really dont think you CHOOSE to be left or right. your born with it. of course i do use my right hand its not like its completely out of amission. sports its only my right hand. everything else left. =D but the information you gave on this article was cool.. if u dont agree with me. its totally fine. we all have different opinions

That was interesting, where I'm from no one really thinks anything of left-handed people, they don't get called awkward or weird or anything...

Interesting article. I'm left-handed, and it sort of runs in my family...I don't think that's supposed to happen, but it does. O.o. I get some crap for it, but eh...I don't care... =)

I'm ambidextrous which is really cool as I can use both hands as can my dad. Certain things I can only do with one hand, like eating and using the ice-cream machine at work I can only do left-handed and playing tennis I can only play right handed, where as writing I can write with both hands.
I think it's awesome as for certain sports and other everyday skills it's an advantage being able to use both hands or feet (soccer).

I know when my dad was little he was left-handed but made by his teacher to write right handed. It shows as his writing is terrible it's so scruffy.
That's what his mom told me, but she tells tales sometimes.

although I'm right handed, by reading anything I write, you'd think I was left handed.
My writing slants too far too the left :]
You actually have to tilt either your head or the paper to read any hand-written essays of mine :]

my psychology teacher said that people who tend to write left-handed are more likely to succeed in the music buisiness than the right handed people.. because their right cerebral hemisphere, which deals with all things creative (music, playing instruments, etc.) works better than the left (writing, reading, math problems, etc.)
