this touched me personally cause this happened to someone i love....he didn't know what to do and he was getting help but that wasn't enough...those people know it's worng so they shouldn't be able to say, "i'm sorry" and just go to jail.

I believe that sexual abuse is a crime, and whoever does that to a child needs help...badly.

Is it still a convictable crime when the abuser is only a few years older than the young victim?

I agree the crime is sick, but I still think that it may be possible to help them. They need to be found, forced into a program where people try to fix their issues, and then are put in jail for life if there's nothing that can be done. After all, I'm sure many abusers were abused themselves, and they don't know what else to do.

Great article! This is my opinion:
They say Perverts can't be helped right? Well, they should be tested on for cures for cancer and the likes. Their sick so thats a punishment and their helping the world.
I know it seems harsh, well not really since their revolting but its better than sticking them in a jail cell for a couple of years and then letitng them out and put kids in danger.

I think I've made a decision.
