this is a very interesting article of course being that i suffer from depression in itself. i have been diagnosed but opted out of meds & the such & of course the struggle of withholding such a thing is a come & go w/o warning (as is expected).
i found myself nodding along to many of the things i read as i would if this was a professional article i found for some school project or the such. depression & anxiety do correlate from my knowledge as i know some specific people who have this issue. i think it was right after high school that i had my first anxiety attack & it comes unexpectedly or perhaps when my grasp on a situation is blown out of proportion. but i think heavily it relies on inheritance as my whole family from my mother's side really suffers w/ these two problems (depression more so). wonderful read though. i feel enlightened after reading it, possibly bc i don't usually indulge in informative's like this.
