I agree with both Flying Shuttle and Sara, the article didn't even make much sense, I'm sorry. All it told us was that this guy wrote some article to get back at his boss, but how? Okay so he's a gang investigator, so why is he handing out copies of some alledged pamphlet?

Surprisingly, i've never even ehard of this before. I live in the CCISD and they keep things to themselves for some reason. which i don't admire. when did this happen?

You know it might get back at his bosses in a way known to him and his bosses. we probably don't know all of the information here. For example, it may be that the ghetto handbook thing was sarcastic, and he created it to show his bosses racial steriotypical way of thinking. but thats just an example. not that it really matters though.

i want a handbook about me! yay ill call it The Celeste Handbook, it'll be good. hahah he obviously hada point to prove, and sounds like he proved it! haha he knew the consequences, but didnt care, now hes pasted over random gossip pages world wide. at least he stood up for himself, even if he now has every 'ghetto' after him haha

I find it kind of pathetic-Mind you... Mostpolice are so, I don't think there is any differenace. I think it's just soiceity today that want a perfect world in their hands. But the only time the world will be perfect is when there are no people to fuck it up even more

Why is everyone agreeing on the pamphlet being "stupid" when we aren't even given a sample of its content?

If we don't know the full story, we can't really mock him for using this against his boss.
