    This...makes me both infuriated and sad, because even though we have come so far as people, we still fear the unknown and we banish the things that are different. People claim that they are tolerant, but their actions paint a different story.

    Russia is just...How can they say that people who like the same sex are not people? That they don't deserve the same rights? That they should be treated less than human? Who is a politician to decide a person's sexuality and whether it is 'right' or 'wrong'? Who are other people to decide? I just hate how they use sexuality as an excuse to demean other people and to say it's ok to take away basic human rights because someone doesn't like the same gender. It's just absolutely disgusting.

    I wish things in this world were different. I just don't understand how people can do this to each other.

    Gays are just as human as everyone else.
    People need to get the head out their ass, and see the light.
    It doesn't friggin matter what people's sexuality are!
    God I just get so annoyed, instead of worrying about gays, worry about REAL world issues, such as poverty, or the credit crunch, or the high mount of pedophiles and child abusers.
