@ The Real Mitt Romney most people who aren't into Japanese culture think host clubs are weird you're actually the first person who told me that wants to go to Japan because of host clubs
@ what is wrc The whole thing depends on the costumer. Even when offered a little fortune, hosts will avoid sex with emotionally unstable guests, who'll basically demand a relationship once things go too personal. Sometimes hosts have sex with a costumer they like even without being paid for it and the girl keeps coming back to the club. Hosts know their costumers, they know which girls are trouble and will avoid getting involved with those because it will end badly for everyone. The "I don't want to lose guests" is more like the short, blanket answer hosts give when asked why they don't have sex with costumers. It's not a lie but also not the whole truth.
Is this documentary "The Great Happiness Space"? I'm dying to watch it but I don't find it anywhere to buy .
Not gonna lie, knowing Japanese, even a little, helps a LOT. And if you have a Japanese friend you're settled. But it's not so hard to find hosts who studied/lived abroad and speak perfect English or ones who at least know enough to get their jobs done.
I watched a documentary on, and they were saying they avoid sex in fear that they will lose their customer. I am interested in going. But I feel like I need to know the language.
@ daughter yes, this is a thing and quite popular in Japan, btw. Maybe the idea sounds a bit weird, but I promise it's totally fun!
@ Aly Jones yes, do go! I'm sure you guys will enjoy it! Try to learn a bit of Japanese on the meantime, any knowledge of Japanese will help you a lot, in host clubs and anywhere else in general
@ Kentin. I'm glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for reading!
My friend, who is completely obsessed with Japan and even plans to move there, will definitely be taking me to these when I come to visit (if ever). Mostly because I'll force her. ^.^
Germany has no such thing as Netflix .
