1. It is as many chapters as you want. Start the story, then click on it and hit add chapter. 2. Long discription is used for the intro bascially. Short is shown on the stories page, it is just sweet and simple. 3. Tags are for the whole story. 4. A layout is just a different look to it. You can find them in the drop down box when you edit your story or you can make your own.
