For this one, you don't have to see the bands often, you just have to do stuff like post banners on your profile, and invite people.

I want to Join Ludo's street team, but they never come to my state and I'm not going to have to have the money to see them every time they come near here. To be on their street team, you have to be willing to see them whenever they're near and stuff like that. There was more, but that's all I could remember.
