try talking to her.

sit her down and tell her (nicely) that some of the things she does to you offend you or make you feel annoyed and ask her to stop those habits.

Well hun, sounds like you gotta either keep secrets from her, or just stop talking to her altogether.

I've had friends like this before, and it doesn't end too pretty =/
