Don't go back to cutting!
Um, try a Diary, you know, to ramble about your feelings.
Don't write in it every day, but when you feel the need to hurt yourself, or someone else, write in it.
It works for me.
Don't go back to cutting, trust me i went back and i just worsened things. I also suggest the diary method or what i do sometimes i snap rubber bands against my arms.
