I can say that don't mind if guys wear skinny jeans, speaking that most of my guy friends wear them. To me it just means that they aren't afraid of being judged by what they wear. They don't call themselves emo or scene, in fact, they HATE being labeled like that. I mean, I wear skinny jeans and I HATE being labeled. I'm just my own person.

And football players, well I know a few people that play football. Not all of them are like that. Some people that I know of that play football, they respect my guy friends that wear them, and some of them they DO do what you say. Some of them are jocks, some of them are regular people that respect other people.

I completely understand what you are saying though. That was just mostly replying to the other people on what they are saying.
I just want you to know, that I think you are right. At least about the football players that are the way that you describe them.

Ahhh. I think you're all weird about talking about pants. I think you should wear whatever your heart desires without being bashed about.

Like, ugh. Okay, so it pisses me off a bit..
    They're too tight - you're scene/emo.
    They're too big - you're a player/gangster.
You're a football player - wearing tights and slapping people's butts.

Can we all just.. leave people's clothing alone? Maybe tight pant people think it's comfortable. Whatever, leave them alone.
    But, whatever.

Football players are dead sexy and there butts look fantastic in those tighty tights.

A lot of football players also take ballet lessons to help with their agility.

oh no no no that's not what I'm saying, all I'm saying is that I'm not going to wear jeans that stick to my skin or are even relatively close. you understand? I meant tight by the fact that girls tend to wear pants that are tighter than mine.
The only time I wear tight things are when I play football

I'm a woman. I don't wear tight pants. I wear my size and bootcut. I hate skinny jeans.
That's a stereotype that women wear tight pants.

Also, these tight pants wearers are just as prejudice towards guys who wear normal pants. They call them out for being "all the same" when the guys who wear tight pants are what? Scene. They all look alike.

I think you're one of these guys who wears tight pants. If you weren't, you wouldn't be talking about it. See, you're doing the same thing these football players do - bashing on what people wear. You're making fun of their football jersey and what they do.
    Hypocritical.

Mm, as a guy...I can't understand how a guy can wear something so tight. It's just painful, and being the immature person I am, I might just have to comment on what they might be lacking. :/

Personally, I think it looks bad, and I agree with Spaztastic; those kids are just as prejudice. I'm assuming you're into being scene, right? You're kind of already showing the prejudice that you have for them, further proving the point.

I think guys in tight pants look like complete and utter losers and girls. I, honestly, would never want to date a guy whose pants are tighter than mine, and mine aren't even that tight. You can't walk in tight pants. You can't have babies. People can see your bulge which we might not want to see. At least football players wear cups and you can't see theirs right away.

In reply to the comment left on my profile, since I can't access yours:
Eh, I assumed it was. Just takes a bit of simple common-sense to answer.

Exactly! In my perspective the football players are more gay than the tight pants guys. At least the men in tight pants keep hands to themselves!

Some do it because they were taught from a young age that masculinity and manliness is important; others do it to fit in.
    Oh, wait...
Was that rhetorical? It seems to have been rhetorical and just an excuse for ranting about Homophobia, rather than something asked in hopes about a serious discussion on why people are prejudice.
    Whoops.
