Whoa, there kids. Let's calm down shall we? I am a proud, new member of Team Anti and really it's just a group who dislikes Twilight. We're not a Terrorist group trying to blow up the actors in Twilight, or any Borders that sells the books.

In all honesty, yes we are begin a little childish, but it's our choice. I don't think any of the other members of Team Anti want to offended anyone, we're just expressing our views on a certain topic.

It's all in good fun, and it should be kept that way.

Dear lord I ventured across this journal and it's like freaking world war 3.
I like the books, not going to lie. Yes they were entirely predictable, but whatever they were ok. And I liked them beforeee they became famous and people decided to make a crappy movie about it

But I think this group is hysterical. I mean, it's one thing to like the books, it's another to commit your lives to a few pieces of paper.
So I'm all for this group, because even though I like the books, I'm so sick of all the "OMG OMG OMG, TWILIGHT IS MY LIFEE"
    no no, chill.

    so I'm for this group!

and why can't we make a club of something we hate when obviously there are clubs such as team edward or team cullen or Twilight fan clubs, i mean this one isn't any different beside the fact that we dislike twilight

    Can everyone chill, por favor?
    Seriously.
Kumbaya and all that good stuff.
    C H I L L O U T
This club is meant as a JOKE.
    You know, J-O-C-K?
I think that everyone shuld stop making a big deal over something that was never supposed to be a big deal in the the first place.
Twihards and Twihaters alike should be able to come together and celebrate the absurdity that is the Twilight saga.
Because, let's be frank, it is more than a little absurd.
    But, you know, that's ok.
There's always going to be that one book series that somewhere along the line you won't be able to believe you read/liked.
I myself was once a Twihard.
That phase of my life fizzled out the summer before Breaking Dawn.
It just ceased to be good/interesting/anything I originally thought it was.
For those of you that still cling tightly to your belief that Edward/Jacob is the sexiest thing to ever be thought up by a Mormon, you keep on keeping on.
As for the rest of you, you also keep on keeping on.
But let us all unite under the notion that this is all just good fun and we don't mean to offend anyone.

Lets be honest, the quality of writing in Twilight was mediocre at best. The only reason anyone read that 500+ pages of wasted tree is because it was lovey dovey garbage that teenagers these days feed on.

The movie was even worse. One second Edward is glaring at the chick in the cafeteria and then all of a sudden he's like "I changed my mind you don't smell bad, I love you lots."

Anyways. They can set up any group they please. If you started a club about hating grape juice I'd be appalled and say you lack taste, but that's the extent of my caring.

And so, if you no likey take a hikey.

(Or maybe get a sense of humor?)

This is seriously all in pure fun and not in disrespect to anyone.
It's our opinion and we're laughing and joking about it.
However, if you don't want to deal with it then don't.
    Click away, Mibbians, click away.

And I'm sorry if you like Twilight and I somehow personally offended you. It's not like we're making fun of YOU. And I'm sorry I have a different opinion than the 5463774532 other fangirls that drool over this book night and day. So please, CHILL OUT. It's not a big deal.
We hate Twilight, you like Twilight. How is that pathetic?
*sigh* Okay, I'm done. This little club debate thing is getting to be way too big. I'm really surprised to many people despise it so much. Wow, please get over it.
I'm sorry you have to deal with all this crap, Sophie.

    People! CALM. DOWN.
It's just a club. Not the end of the world. Holy crappers.
The people who have joined this just feel frustrated because there are so many fangirls that basically dedicate their lives to this book. We just joined this because we would like people to realize that hey, Twilight isn't life.

    Sad? Pathetic? Immature?
Or just a silly thing we're doing for fun?
Come on, people. Get over it. It's not like we're actually setting up a real club and having meetings and talking about how much we hate Twilight. This isn't a real club! We're just putting our names out there to voice our opinions. It's all for kicks and giggles. No need to start a two page debate about it.

So seriosly. Shut up already. Please.

Lyin' Eyes. Sadly, it's not over with, at least not where I live.
    I'm already a proud member of www.twilightsucks.com
And because I'm pathetic, and immature, I'd love to join your club.

What I'm trying to understand is WHY you're making one.

Because of Team Edward/Team Jacob? Everyone is over the whole Twilight thing now. The 'world of Twilight' is gone. It's over. Done with. Ended.

What was so funny about the joke?.

That wasn't too rude, was it?

I really don't appreciate all these rude comments. I don't feel like I have personally attacked any of you, and frankly I'm sick of all of you acting like this.
    It. Is. A. Book.
I can make a club if I d*mn well please, and you can think I'm stupid or rude or whatever you like, you can leave nasty comments to people who have done nothing wrong but say they don't like a book, and feel all superior because you think we are being immature.
This journal was not posted so I could be attacked by people. It was posted for the people who are in the club and I'm sorry if any of you were offended, because that was/is not the intention of this club. Stop commenting if you are going to say something rude. Stop being angry because I don't want to get in arguments with people, especially over something like this.
I don't want to cause problems and this is the last time I will comment on this stupid thing.

In expecting somebody to respect you and the things you enjoy, it usually only works when your enjoyment doesn't derive from fucking with another person's likes or interests.
Like I said, you're acting as if the whole idea is based completely on respect, when all you really want to do is bash a book series, and the people who like it. You can expect to be respected when you're doing something that doesn't involve ragging on others.

    v. A skewed sense of superiority. It also takes a true intellectual to make fun of something, obviously.

Wow. Okay then, who thought that just making a 'club' of almost ten people would be so horrible? I mean seriously, if we want to waste our time on something that we all agree on and just want to talk about freely, then why does that matter to anyone else?

I don't understand why making this club is rude. It's OUR club, it has nothing to do the Twilight lovers of the world. I completely respect Stephine Meyer and her writing. I mean jeez people it's not like were going to have little secret underground meetings making plots to kill all the innocents Twilight movie watchers. I don't understand what "line" we've crossed. If they can have fun making 'clubs' and Team Edwards and Team Jacobs and all that jazz, then why can't we simply make one that's about us expressing our opinions about something?

Last time I checked this country (America, the country that most if not all members are in) is a free country.

I'm not a Twilight fan, but I think this is rather rude. Just because you don't like Twilight doesn't mean you have to dedicate a club to it. To me, that's something ten year olds do.
