Haha, you should definitely go check out my little rant about music on my page.

Yeah, today, Eve and I were talking about My Chemical Romance and one of my other 'mates' says, "My Chemical Romance sucks and they're yuck and eww." It was something along those lines. Anyway, she was basically bashing them.

So, I turned around to her and said that just because she doesn't like them, doesn't mean she can disrespect other people's opinions. I don't like her music, so what?!

I think this whole thing revolves around respect.

I'm all for people being entitled to their opinion. Its a basic right someone deserves. In arguments I've managed to screw myself over by giving my opinion then later having someone come back with their opinion, especially when it is an opinion where they are wrong, such as gay people should burn in hell.

Yes those people are entitled to their opinion but I really dont want to hear it.
I've rather gone off what I was saying at the begining but oh well.

Personally, I think that everyone's entitled to their opinions until they start being an @ss about it. Then it's pretty much "F*ck you. I don't care. You're wrong and a bit of a moron."

I just hate when someone people think that their opinions should never be refuted. EVERYONE's allowed their opinions. It's goes both ways.

Ahh, very true. Though, I must point out that I do not apply, because my opinions are not opinions, but absolute fact. If I believe it.
