You know that person who's telling stuff to you to make you feel like s**t probably has more problems with low self-esteem so he need to make somebody feels like s**t to make him feel better. Or, on the other hand he's just jealous.
If he would be neither of that he'll just say: "ow yeah, what ever" and turn away instead of bi**ing.^^
