I agree with this, I do, but as primitive beings on this earth we didn't have luxuries that we do now. People in the prehistoric era had to put themselves first in a matter of life or death, and that's how it was. Human nature has carried that feeling to protect onesself before one's neighbor for centuries and it's slowly going to die out.
You see, if someone didn't hunt and rip apart the weaker link, then they might be next in line to die. It's sucky. It's human nature. I wish it would die. But it's only ever going to fade slowly, because humanity is a fact of life. And that's what sucks.
