That was so funny xD
The annoyance towards the financial people was so clear and it was evident how moody you get after waiting for a long time, standing in the heat. The way you described the workers was really funny, though it got me really mad how disrespectful they were to their customers, not caring at all about how they had to wait for hours as they took breaks to just snack or chat for 13 minutes and 25 seconds :cheese:
I'd flip and go crazy if anyone ever did that to me. Have you actually had this experience?
