First, Swedish. Second, distinctly Russian.

If I had to guess, I'd think something in the west (west of the US that is), like maybe Russian or Polish or German. I went to a pretty diverse high school and you two look like a few Polish girls I've encountered. I'd guess European but not Italian or Irish (maybe Irish) or Spanish or British.
