I loved this. Seriously. Just seeing your progression and how far you've come, everything you've endured since you started (like giving up writing a few times). It's hard to explain, but it insipres me. I feel down about my writing a lot, and it really means something to me that people like you believe in me and what I write. So thank you, for that, and for (at least somewhat) inspiring me to start writing. Not only did ISR change your writing forever, it changed me forever. It's just one of those stories that you can't help but stay up late to finish, and then when it's over, it feels unreal, so you have to go back and read it over and over again. I can't believe it's been two years since that. WOW. You know, you were one of the first writers I ever read online. I mean, it's barely been a year since I've joined Mibba, but I've been reading your stuff since I was 13. 2 years. It's crazy, right? Just...keep it up, okay? I bet you inspire a lot of other people as well (:

Writing for me became something I enjoyed when I was 12 years old. I began at writing these terrible twilight fics, heres a sample:

The tingling sensation returned to his eyes and a diomand-like tear sped down is stained cheek. He ripped off his grey beater and threw it to the side of him. He screamed in rage and swept his hands around the bathroom, knocking everything from the sink, the sides of the bath, until almost everything was on the floor. He stumbled back to the mirror and screamed so loudly at himself, until the tears started to spill freely.

He stared at himself, he was a wreck, and he wished his father knew that. He raised his fist and glowered at the mirror, showing his anger. He was seeing red every fibre of his being was ardent. He growled and punched the mirror, despite the superstisions, he headed straight for ‘seven years bad luck’
The glass shattered into pieces, flying in a thousand directions, he shut his eyes tight, hearing splints of glass hitting the floor below him, he shook his hair free of glass, and re-opened his eyes. Luckily, he hadn’t taken his shoes off, so he wouldn’t cet cuts all over his feet, Yet, cuts were forming on his beautiful face, his cheek. His tears stung the cuts and he trod angrily to his kitchen, grabbing a dustpan and brush.

He cried and swept the shards of glass into the dustpan, wiping his tears with the back of his hands as he did, “Bella.” He breathed, he swore he saw her face in a shard of glass. He sighed and continued sweeping.

    Eeep. Cringe worthy.

Then I wrote another terrible vampire original called 'BlOODLUST' which was basically invisible when I posted it as my first story on Mibba. Then I read a story on quizilla which was so amazing (so I thought at the time) and changed my perspective of writing. I wrote 'Walking Shadows' which i used to be proud of but like you, I realised it was so obviously forced and pathetic that I deleted it. About 10 months after that (About 5 months ago) I read Shadows of The World (seriously) and it inspired me to start Beneath my Wings and since then, I've been writing like a mad woman.

So I just want to say thank you tons, Emily.

    That was pretty awesome.
And I'm just gonna throw this out there: Secrets in the Dungeon sounds like a porno. Like the title of a hard-core porno.
    Just sayin'.
