Yeah it is. I don't see how parents think/expect that. I just read that she claimed she was watching from a lounge chair and "lost sight" of him. That's why she was far away from the pool when he was found. >.>

Some parents do crap like that all the time nowadays. It's like some of them think the kid's just gonna naturally do what's best for him/her. It's unfortunate and sad.
