I definitely agree. I adore Kristen Stewart, but she really failed when it came to playing Bella.

Alright, I'll give you that one. I saw that and she was good in it. She played a little girl with diabetes, right? I have diabetes and I think she did ok portraying it. It was probably her best film...and she was decent in Catch That Kid. But, she doesn't do too well with Bella.

v. I disagree. Have you ever seen her in Panic Room with Jodie Foster and Jared Leto. She's like 12 in the movie but she does a great acting job.

Kristen Stewart is a horrible actress. I'm going into the film industry and I would never cast her in any film. She has no emotion, and I agree, she is more like a stoner chick. Alexis Bledel is sweet. And Ashley Greene and Kellen Lutz (Emmet) are both wonderful. I stopped reading the books after how cliche they got and I'm not excited about the movies whatsoever. It almost pains me to watch them.

Same as Peacelovejill, I'm not really a fan, but I think kristen is not the best of actresses...
I agree, I think that Alexis Bledel would have been a better Bella. I read the books, and although i dislike the storyline, I think Stephenie Meyer could think of way better storylines. She has potential to write an amazing book.

At least Alexis Bledel has personality in her roles. I'd petition for her to be Bella in Eclipse and Breaking Dawn, if it were possible. Kristen Stewart has no emotion whatsoever in her acting, and none that I've really seen in interviews.

Bledel Bella > Stewart Bella.

I love Alexis Bledel as an actress. I think she'd have been a nice Bella, but her eyes are just so freaking blue and it would be a shame if they had to cover them up with brown contact lens.

I like Kristen Stewart as an actress, she's cute. But I think she's more the stoner chick, when she tries to do neurotic is just makes me feel bad for her - because she doesn't do it well. For her, emotional = be shaky/finicky/stumbling. That's probably the thing that annoys me about her performances.

Yeah, Alexis would be a better Bella, even though I don't really like the books. I think I actually pictured Bella just like Alexis when I did read them.

I don't really like Twilight, but when I think about it, she probably could be. I mean, I don't like Kristen Stewart much, so Bledel could definitley do a better job. (I had to google her - but I knew her from the pictures xD)
