    This is so true, though it gets more serious in the real world...my mom is a Le Cordon Bleu chef, and when she got a job at a country club some Mexican guy (untrained, barely spoke english) got payed more than she did.

    The media definately plays a huge part.

    Ugh, I hate sterotypes. We should all just get along and over ourselves. But that's not ever gonna happen is it now.
