Quick question about my new story.. - Comments

If the fan-fiction is good, then I'll read it...but it's it's like:
"Oh my GOD...Gerard Way is my father!!!!!!!!!1"
I'll ignore it.
Personally, I like writing both, though non on my originals are up on here.

I love both. Write what makes you happy. A fanfic can still be your baby. :)

I agree with Aelf, if you're going to plan so much for it, make it original fiction.

Personally, I reckon if you're going to pour your soul into something then you might as well make it your own work. I'd be kinda peeved if I breathed life into my characters then couldn't take credit for them.

That said, I have nothing against fan fics. I'm sure they mean more to the fans than to some chump like me.

Hah, thanks guys! Yeah, fanfics usually do attract more readers. But I may be feelin' the Original..

I personally won't read fan-fiction.
I don't know the people so it's just weird reading it.
I love original.

But then again, fan-fiction usually attracts a lot more readers.

I would most likely prefer to read original fics but to each his own, ne? I would read it, most definitely, it does seem like you're putting effort into it. :D
