From reading all these comments, you guys are going in a circle. You're saying the same things over and over again. One comment just leads you back to the beginning. This argument is pointless, none of you are going to agree with each other. So why not just ignore this journal and move on? I think it's what is best, this argument you guys have started is just one big circle and it will continue to be so because no one is going to agree with the other.

Nickyninja: you already stated you took what I said as a slap in the face. So you obviously do get offended by what people say and do. I don't blame you. You are human afterall.

I am done commenting about this journal and on peoples ingnorance. I do NOT mean this in any harmful way and never intented to. So don't take it otherwise.

I'm going to say my final tribute to this amazing man we all know as the rev. He was an amazing drummer and a great person in general. I offer my condolences to his friends family and fans. And I have respect for the as well.

Spencer Chamberlain: I never said anything about you guys not being allowed to greive. I suggested she either ignore them if she didn't want to read it again or avoid the journals altogether.
I think it's fine that this is how people are coping; it's beautiful because people can stick together. Do I want the lighthearted journals back? Of course I do. But I know the fans would like them back because that means he never would have passed.

imma let ya'll finish, but I've just got to say that I just had a really really good cinnamon roll. I mean this thing was tasty.

    ....

Yeah. I'm still rolling with the Kanye jokes. My friends like to point and laugh at me for how out of it I am.

You guys are all saying the same thing in one way or another. You should just have a giant e-hug and smile at each other as if you like each other.

Boston girly: and if someone wrote a journal saying you couldn't grieve the way you felt was the right way wouldn't you be a bit steamed as well?

Mrs. Iero Way and she also had a right to take offense to what you said, it is a slap in the face. Jimmy was an amazing person and if you don't like seeing this then you can easily click the x to move on from the browser, same with everyone who doesn't want to see it. The a7x fans are an equal part of this site, if Gerard way or someone else of that nature passed, their would be just an equal amount of spam. (knocksonwood)

    to be perfectly honest.
No I prolly would have laughed.
    I dont offend easily.
I have better things in life to do than take offense to other peoples thoughts and words

I agree with bostongirly it was very sarcastic and I did take offence to it but since you stated you did not mean too offend anybody I'll take it as so. Also I have stated the same thing. I do not mean any harm to no one. I miss him a ling with almost everybody else. don't take it as I don't.

Sorry for the bad puncation and spelling. It's hard to type on an iPhone.

NickyxNinja: Okay, maybe you didn't intend for it to sound harsh, but it was still incredibly sarcastic.
It's called freedom of speech you should look it up sometime.
C'mon, if someone posted that on your journal, wouldn't you be a bit steamed?

There is actually a tribute thread that was made last night for celebrities that have died in the General section of the forums. A lot of people have left their thoughts on that thread. But not every goes to the forums so you can't expect them to know about that thread.

*Also, to your "Would you want a million things advertising your death?" question, personally, I would! Haha, I want to die a famous death. Not many people do - they want a peaceful one, but... I'm weird like that. Lol :)

I would like to take the opportunity to say that I was not being harsh, I was simply pointing out the fact that if we please to write journals about Jimmy we are incredibly entitled. That being said, I find your post incredibly hypocritical, you speak of not wishing to talk about his death anymore, yet it seems that is what your journal is about in all essence.

I think if you want to write about something else, you can. Just because there are people writing about him doesnt mean that YOU have to. You have a mind of your own, feel free to use it over whatever topic you please.

I take it as a personal slap in the face when people tell us to stop writing the journals about him. He was a respected musician, and we all deal with our grief in different ways. If your way is to pretend it didnt happen this is fine, however some of us would like to share our thoughts on the individual. If you truly dont like that please refrain from looking at the journals page and posting one of your own.

If this comment offends you like my last obviously did I am sorry, because it is not meant in an offensive manner.

Ms.IeroWay: Yeah, I agree. I think Mibba should have a more organized way to have tributes. Like a "Recent Passings" forum where you can honor your favorite, recently passed celebrity.
I can't wait until blogs come out. :) Then this problem will be solved!

thank you for agreeing with me Audrey T. To the people who thought that my friend NickyxNinja was being mean she actually was not, I think that everyone feels a bit slighted by Mrs. IeroWays opinion on how we might grieve I also think that the journals on here, pay a beautiful tribute, each journal has a personal look on his death. I hope everyone is also doing alright.

While I see what you're trying to say, I have to agree with what Audrey T. is saying.

I understand it gets slightly annoying when there are pages of journals about the same person, the same meaning behind it, etc. but Rev died. People love(d) him. They're going to be talking about him for a while - a few more days, I'm guessing.

If you are getting this annoyed with it, just stay away from the journal section for a day or two. Like Audrey T. said, it's like telling someone that they can't express their feelings about the matter.

I understand what you're trying to say, though, because, honestly, I felt the same way. But then I realized that I could just stay away from the journals (which is very hard to do, haha).

she does make very valid points. I agree with you completely there. I just really don't know what to say any more. some people are taking it as if I'm not a fans nd just asking the fans to stfu. I Am not and would never say that. That would make me a horrible person. I just liked things more organized. That's why I like the idea if everbody just commenting thier tributes over there. I already added mine.

Audrey T. makes very valid points. She always does.

I still think it's really... crazy overloaded, but I'm just passing by them all and looking for ones that aren't about his death. Random, happy journals.

I agree. No offence, but he has unfortuntely died, we know, there is an article on the Mibba main page for you to leave your tributes.

Please go there to do so, and stop clogging up the journals. =]

Lol. Seriously telling people that they shouldn't post a journal about this (if that's what they feel they should do) is like telling people that they're not allowed to express their condolences because someone else already has. That makes no sense whatsoever. It's like telling people "Hey, you can't set up your own personal memorial to something because there's already one over there."

Grief is a personal thing, and you can't tell people how they should be able to express that. Really, like everyone has been saying, simply avoid the journals if it annoys you so much. Everyone has something to say of their own on the subject of his death and his life.

I know that I'd be pissed if, when my cousin died, someone said, "Don't write your own journal about this. Your sister already has one up."

I understand the annoyance with so many journals being up about it, but this is worse, in my opinion.

v How is it not fair? You can write about whatever topic you want. Just because others are writing about his death, that doesn't mean that you can't write about something else. You've actually chosen to add to the same thing you seem to be against. Instead of writing "about something other than his death" you've gone and written a journal about it.

It may be simple but it's not fair for us that want to write about something other than his death. There should be one main thing were people can express thief feelings on the subject.

I'm sorry but saying that these are clogging up the journals is like an insult.

I wish they would take the journals just off completely. Because things like this are getting old, people are going to do what they want either way so if you dont like seeing them dont come here. its that simple
