    Really? Thing is, where I live is student central so the land lords are probably charging more than their houses are worth anyway...it is still very good though. I was so excited about the five floors!! Imagine the parties!

    Wow... here there is a dire housing shortage. You can't get a basic, slummy, 1-2 bedroom apartment for less than $300 a week.
