Sometimes, Valentine's Day makes people sad. It's just a fact of life..

I think it's a money making scheme. I have a boyfriend but I still don't like the holiday.. It's pointless really. I know I love my boyfriend and that he loves me.. Why do I need some pricey card to tell me that?

Being single does not suck.
It's actually pretty kick ass, no one to breathe down your neck, no one to give you shit because you spend time with friends, god forbid they happen to be of the opposite sex!

Personally, I hate Valentine's Day and find it to be an incredibly stupid holiday. And I'm not saying that because I'm single, I actually do have a boyfriend and still find it stupid. I don't believe that you should celebrate loving your significant other or as you believe, everyone you know because of a holiday that was created for who knows what reason. You shouldn't need a holiday to do that, you should be doing it everyday.

That's my opinion on the holiday but I do agree that it gets annoying when people complain about not having a Valentine.

The only reason I don't like Valentines' Day is 'cause no one ever gives me candy.

I've never liked Valentinesday, because I've never really seen the point in having to have a date just for the sake of having a date, and because honestly, we're too young to whine that we don't have dates. Rest of the life, anyone?
