    Something similar happened to me. When I was a little kid I got given this candy pig. It was actually more like an ornament or something, it was made with so much detail, and one of my uncles brought it back from France.

    Being a little boy, I had to fight really hard not to eat it, and I successfully protected it from myself for about two years. Then one day, I went on school camp, and when I came back, it was gone. Thanks, dad. >.>
