1. I do archery and martial arts.
2. A few days ago, because I had a needle after running with a cold in the rain.
3. Uneventful, ie. just the way I like it.
4. I've gotten to know some people I kinda knew better.

Do you play sports? I play almost every sport under the sun. Right now, my focus is on volleyball, once my fingers get better.
When was the last time you were really sore? Either after outdoor rock climbing in a storm last October, kayaking against wind for seven kilometers last October, or after canoe camp, which was thirty two kilometers of canoeing, sleeping on the ground and peeing behind trees, spread over three days. It was intense, I could barely move when I got home.
How was your day? Tedious.
