The easier answer is that you picked up your brother's bug, but be careful. Most perscription pills are strong enough that one pill per twelve-twenty four hours-ish is enough. Taking two might make you feel sick like this, especially if it was a powerful med.

My advice: Rest. Sleep. Hyrdrate. Try to eat. Feel better <3

It could be the pills. I mean, I'm definitely no expert, but I know hydrocodone is an opiate, and if heroin can make you sick when you do it, why not hydrocodone?

But, like I said, I'm not an expert at all. It could very possibly be that you are just sick. Did your brother have those symptoms?

Lesson learned, I guess. Don't take perscription pills that weren't perscribed to you.
