How did you come to the conclusion sie was a girl? Was it just because sie went into the women's bathroom or was there something about how sie was presenting that wasn't visible before sie stood up?

If it was just because sie went into the women's bathroom, sie may have been a trans man or a genderqueer person who just felt safer using the women's bathroom -- trans and genderqueer people are often raped in male-only spaces. If it was something about how sie was presenting, that may still be true, but I think you probably just found yourself a hot butch woman.

If sie was genderqueer or butch, your attraction to hir doesn't make you queer, it just means you're not a perfect 0 (100% straight) on the Kinsey scale, and very few people are. I'm about as gay as they come, and the other day on the bus there was a guy I couldn't stop staring at and thinking "DAMN, he'd make a hot lesbian!" It happens. If sie was a trans man, it's a non-issue. Your attraction to hir was straight.

Personally I'm bi but I go for more candy cane girls than the ones who dress like guys I don't understand them, why be gay and have a girl that looks like a guy when you can just have a guy, but idk some of them are hott =]

When I see guys that are really femine I sometimes get that feeling of "shes cute" before I realize its a guy. its easier to recognize a guy as a cross dresser than a girl because we can disguise our curves, but guys cant create curves and breasts out of nowhere.
Besides, just becuase you thought one girl was cute as a guy doesnt really mean anything. There are some people who find the girl of thier dreams in a guy, and vise versa.
