Homosexuality/bisexuality happens in the animal kingdom, and has probably been happening for thousands and thousands of years with animals as well as humans. Whatever someone labels themself as is completely up to them. If they are only attracted to the opposite sex in a sexual context but would never date them is completely healthy. There are degrees of homosexuality. Society may be attracted to the homosexual community because more is becoming known about them as they are coming out and being accepted. Blah blah blah they deserve their rights.

Now on the real topic, ummm Jewel, can I call you Jewel? It sounds to me like you're hating on these horny, boy emphatuating, lust-struck girls on mibba. Let them flirt.

Unless you can give me a specific example that really cause this outburst.

If you believe that I am putting words into your mouth then by all means do so, even though that is not my intention. A simple opinion, not a bash. You fail to realize this by taking it to a new level and erupting in a half-outburst. If you could read a bit closer "homos" is in quotations--as in slang--not intended slander. I have not once said I would not listen to your view and you are the one putting words in my mouth by saying that. I am not trying to start a war. I actually thought you would be able to realize that I really wasn't saying you were wrong. I was simply saying I don't agree. Somehow that is mixed up. I don't recall myself ever saying the statement "faking it". If you truly can't discuss this and really can't understand what I am really saying then perhaps you should walk away. I told you I meant it respectfully, anyway--As much as you think of what I am saying, I will still have the respectfulness to wish you well and hope you get better. But maybe you won't accept that. Either way, get well.

v You're putting words into my mouth, and I don't appreciate it. I never once said that all people who claimed homosexuality or bisexuality are faking it, and nor did I stoop to using terms like "homos." If you want to have this debate another time while actually listening to what I say, that's fine, but right now I'm sick as hell and not feeling very amiable because of it, and so I'm going to walk away from this before I say something scathing. Another time, maybe.

I beg to differ, homosexuality was never an all out trend. It's been around for a while and I believe many people would feel offended if you called homosexuality a trend. Now if you say Bi-sexuality a trend I may have some agreeing words with you. I believe it is a judgmental statement to say all "bisexuals and 'homos' are following a trend" This is completely false. The only circumstances it is a trend is when someone wants to fit in by following a crowd. Also, numbers are bogus. Would you not think numbers are rising in homosexuality because the world is more open about this topic? To say a trend is happening because of rising numbers in sexual orientation is in it's own sense--bias. People may turn to the statement it is "The cool thing to do" but society has ALWAYS been like that. Smoking is an example. Of course you will have people that think being gay is the "cool thing to do" --I just don't agree with your comment about the 83%--I mean this entire explanation in the utmost respectful way I can. I am not out for blood. I just want to express my opinion in as much explanation as I can. I respect your opinion, I value mine more.

But it is a trend, certainly. That isn't to say that everyone who claims it is only doing so for said trend, of course, but those numbers are rising, and have been in the recent years. Being gay is "cool" nowadays, for whatever reason that they see fit. It's all a bit perplexing. (And no, don't twist my words into me saying, "Ugh, being gay is like the opposite of cool," or whatever, because you know that's not what I mean.)

And to think, like 83% of the girls on this site claim homosexuality or bisexuality. Sigh. I wish these trends would die, already.

No not at all, I am saying when girls think of a perfect way they should think of something like "dating site" or "real life". I am certainly not saying mibba is an ideal dating site.

There could be an infinite amount of reason of the male to female ratio. I would think dating sites come to mind when girls think of a "perfect way".

Haha, what are these girls thinking? Omg! This is the perfect way to get a boyfriend!
*rolls eyes* This is exactly why Mibba doesn't have a lot of guys.

    I agree with Electric Goat.

And there's nothing wrong with flirting. So what? Honestly, people need to get over this. I'm not saying this to be rude, but every time I go to comment on a guy's profile, some other girl would have posted something like: "You're a guy, prepare to be comment raped by thousands of girls."

Honestly, it's getting old. >-< And I don't say this to be rude, I say this because it's the truth. If a guy on here it cute, or whatever, there's nothing wrong with saying so.

This is why I choose not to post a real picture of myself or any fake pictures of myself, I revolve around humor (Thus my profile picture). If preying on little boys is what most mibba girls do--then dear god watch out for the mibba men.

Electric Goat Agreed. I don't usually address it. I mean, let those people do as they please and comment who ever they'd like. Who am I to make a big thing over it?
