To find right colors, you just have to Google 'hex codes'. There should be charts on the Internet that give you the numbers for each color :) Just remember to keep the # sign at the beginning.
And dude, I read "We went to see The Last Song with Miley Cyrus" and I was all, "You went with Miley Cyrus? o.O" xD And if you want a banner, I'll make it...as long as you have the picture you want. I can't blend pictures though so it would either have to have both of them (whoever them is) in it or it could be a simplistic banner made from an image. I have tons of stuff ready on We Heart It if you want me to find the image myself :) Just tell me what kind of vibe you want.
