    It's good that you're starting to find healthier ways of losing weight. If you eat three or four small meals a day in two or three hour intervals, it puts your metabolism in overdrive and helps you lose weight faster. So does eating breakfast. And working out DEFINITELY helps a lot, haha. You'll reach your goal in no time. Just stay healthy :)

    I don't think it's dumb. How did you and your sister get close? I feel like crap 'cause I used to do what she did. I teased my little sister for her weight. :|
