Personally, i dont think you need help about the school thing...just to relax. Everyone feels pressure when it comes to school so try not to stress over it too much. And about the food thing...id try to neutrialize that. If you're not careful you could obtain an eating disorder...and depression only worsens that. You're 18...your self esteem is going to yo-yo for a while until you actually move away from the past...deal with the present... and love yourself. Theres a saying....." yesterday is history, tomorro is a mystery, but today is a gift. thats why its called the present" Please try to get the most out of life while you're still living it.
