Actually your english isn't that bad.
I had a friend who was from Japan in my school, she was an exchange student.
Sometimes it was very hard to understand her, but we managed.
One thing I did notice was in this sentence: but I haven't write anything for a while "write" should actually be "written". It's just the tenses of the word you got mixed up, but still good.
