Well, as long as she's not moving then you'll be able to see her whenever. It does kind of suck that she left and that she won't be your teacher anymore, but you can always visit her if you want more training or just to hang out :)

she treated everyone like they were her children... she was so sweet :D
I cried when she left too
since I loved her like a mother

of course you're not over reacting. it's natural to cry when someone you love has left you :)
