    There are mountains in life so you learn how to climb.

    In other words, the struggles you face in life make you stronger in the future.

    Also, I believe that you are the one who decides what is worth stressing over, because that's what makes life complicated stressing over it.

    Stuff happens, it's just a matter of the person moving on.
