As far as your grandma goes, you just have to have patience. You just need to delicately hint that she needs the meds. Maybe she'll give in one day and it'll reverse the damage.
Your hamster will always be with you, but maybe he'll live longer than most. Just enjoy him while he's here. :3
And your family will always be there for you as you go out and explore! Just remember to never forget to go back home.
